Weekend on the Edisto River

Come enjoy a weekend on the Edisto River, the longest free flowing blackwater river in North America. We'll meet on Saturday morning at Colleton State Park at 9am, where we'll size you for a life vest, load you in the van and wisk you away for a weekend of fun! Prepare to enjoy the beauty of nature, where you may see wildlife such as great blue herons, egrets or a variety of ducks. What about lunch or dinner? We've got you covered! On both Saturday and Sunday we will be providing lunch. Dinner will also be included for Saturday night at the canoe shed! Spend the night at Colleton or Givhans St. Parks, or 'rough it' at one of the local hotels (reservations required and all lodging fees NOT included in trip price). On Sunday, we'll head back to the park for a 9am departure.
